  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days across Pakistan.
  •  Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies.
  • Shipping charges may apply and will be indicated at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during international shipping

 Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict return policy:

  • No returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Returns are only accepted if:

  •   The product is damaged upon delivery, or
  •   The wrong item has been delivered.

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photo or video proof.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.
